Deonte Rashid Louis is a ninteen-year-old college student and part-time store clerk. He is the older brother of William Lowe. He and his brother discovered their powers when they were young. However, unlike his younger brother, Deonte does not embrace his powers. He is more often than not, afraid of his powers, thinking they are a curse. After his brother discovered that they are not the only ones with those type of powers, Deonte was even more afraid, thinking not only that there are people out there with powers like his, but that most of them can't even control their own powers. He eventually joined his brother in finding those people and helping them control their powers.

Dream Walking and Alteration-Deonte Louis is a Dream Walker with ability to enter someone's dream and change it to his benefit. For example, Deonte can enter his brother's dream and change it around to fit his wants and needs, his other dream powers include:
- High-Speed Regeneration-While in the Dream Realm, Deonte can heal rapidly from minor to serious injuries.
- Immense Strength, Speed, and Durability-While in the Dream Realm, Deonte can exert great strength from his muscles, move at supernatural speeds, and can withstand copious amounts of damage. He is far stronger, faster, and more durable than his younger brother.
- Master Combatant- While in the Dream Realm, Deonte is a master at hand-to-hand combat. Unlike his brother who can use three types of martial arts, Deonte can use any type of martial arts he wants.
- Master Gunslinger- Deonte's dream weapons are two pistols and a shotgun capable of laser fire, so while in the Dream World he displays a supernatural aptitude for gunslinging.
- Master Strategist- Deonte is far more smarter than his younger brother, and it shows in grades in college.
- X-Ray Vision- While in the Dream Realm, Deonte has the ability to see through solid objects.
- Pyrokinesis- While in the Dream Realm, Deonte has the ability to create and manipulate fire.
