Miguel "Manos" Javier is an eighteen-year-old unemployed, high school dropout. Manos and his older brother El Ray discovered their dream powers when they were younger, and would normally use their powers to have fun and toy with their enemies. They were disccovered by William Lowe and aked to join him in looking for people with powers like theirs, both Manos and his brother declined.
